Damaged bag or the wrong letter? Email us with the guest checkout email and your order number. We'll replace the bag or refund you.

Unopened bags can come back within 14 days. Opened bags stay with you.

Refunds go back to the original payment. Checkout is guest-only, so use the same email as the order. You can also look the order up.
